Current State of QTTabbar

Is QTTabBar being currently maintained/developed? I have it currently installed on my Windows 10 from the original creator’s site years ago. I tried and liked Clover, but switched to QTTabBar for the feature set. (I really wish MS would take all the features of QTTabBar and copy them for file explorer). For example, I got the preview configured properly, it was great. Anyway, it still crashes a lot and if I can find a newer version that’s not off some sketchy site and is more stable, I’d like to upgrade. My understanding when I looked into both Clover and QTTabBar years ago was that neither were being maintained.

I guess I should ask the same about Clover, since it was a decent program. Is it still being maintained?
