Custom ADM file entries and the “NUMERIC” value

by chris.. . Updated 22 years, 5 months ago

OK I have the following to add to a custom ADM file. Now the issue is, how do I get a HEX value to take from this component of the file.

CATEGORY “Force System Clock to Display”
KEYNAME Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\SteckRects2
POLICY “Force Clock Display”
PART “Force Clock Display” CHECKBOX
VALUENAME “Settings”
VALUEON hex:28,00,00,00,ff,ff,ff,ff,02,00,00,00,03,00,00,00,64,00,00,00,40,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,c0,02,00,00,00,04,00,00,00,03,00,00
VALUEOFF hex:28,00,00,00,ff,ff,ff,ff,0a,00,00,00,03,00,00,00,64,00,00,00,40,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,c0,02,00,00,00,04,00,00,00,03,00,00
END PART
END POLICY
END CATEGORY

I think the issue is here:

VALUEON hex: <----- VALUEOFF hex: <----- Should this read something like? VALUEON NUMERIC ***********INSERT HEX CODE******* VALUEOFF NUMERIC ***********INSERT HEX CODE****** I understand that this type of question is usually outside the scope of this forum, but I need the help badly!!!!!!! That is unless someone know's a better trick to turning on the display of the clock in the TASKBAR on a WIN2003 server running Terminal Services!!!!
