Custom Forms

By matpaulin ·
Here is a simple problem or is it?
I want to create a form using outlook 2003 that gathers sales info from 4 sites at my business. We are not on a network so use email. I have been searching for a solution but cannot get the answer. when I create a form and send it the recipient only sees a blank form and no fields.
What is so difficult about this?
If anyone has the solution please help. I know about compose and read pages.

OutLook Form Issue

by das.dwipayan In reply to Custom Forms

I have gone through your issue. You have to do the followings.

Open OutLook --> Go to Tools->Forms->Design Form.

Select the folder under which you want to create your form.Like Task for example.and click open.

Then there comes some tabs like P1,P2,...
Choose any one of it and rename the formname with your Name like CustRegistarion.

From toolBox take controls lile lebel, textBox,ComboBox etc and create form.

and for EachControl property choose the value property. That is thing will which save your data into that control for the form in running mode.

Every time u change something Publish the form.

And every time you enter value in runtime save it so that further opening of that perticular form from the folder u will find the data populated as u have entered.

Then you will get another Form window.
