I am looking for a web based software to help track phone calls and information concerning calls to and from customers/vendors. Does anyone know of a good product?

Onyx (http://www.onyx.com/) is a high-end CRM but it has a web interface. I researched it for a previous employer and while it is expensive, it is one of the most complete packages I've seen.

Applix (www.applix.com) has software which integrates to intranet and internet. They do internal or external customers.
