Running Outlook 2003 SP3 on XP. Recently began getting an occasional msg from System Administrator ” Undeliverable”. The sender is

Spoke with my ISP & they went through my email settings, all looked good but then I started getting errors on send, every time, with the error –
Sending’ reported error (0x800CCC81) : ‘Unknown Error 0x800CCC81’
Now the ISP is telling me it is an Outlook SP3 problem, which seems strange since I was only getting an occasional error now solid. Also suggested I remove SP3, which MS> says I have to reinstall Office to do that. Appreciate any help I can get. Just removed & re-added the mail account & got away from the constant 0x800CCC81 error but still getting the occasional “Undeliverable” error.
