i was developing a small database with ms access 2007 for collecting some information i needed via e mail by replying the forms sent to users.
the data collection for outlook users within the same organization was successfully by 95% .
now i faced a challenge that when i send the form to fill in and reply from other people from outside our organization who are using gmail, yahoo, hotmail …, the information are not populated to the database.
how can i sort it?
