Using Office 2002, I have an Access query to select records and then use ‘importing external data’ into Excel to analyse the results. Once imported I open the ‘data range properties’, set ‘fill down adjacent formulas’ and refresh the data. The anomaly I’ve come across is when there is only 1 record found the formulas are still copied to line 2 of the data range(which is blank). If there is more than 1 record found, the correct amount of copied formulas appear. Has anyone found a cure for this?
