database migration from oracle to ms sql

i am having existing database in oracle and i want to shift my datadase from oracle to ms sql server including tables , views and all the existing rows in that database in ms sql database.

Assuming you have SQLServer 2000:

When you install SQLServer, one of the tools is the Data Transformation Services (DTS) Wizard. You should first create the shell of your database using the SQL Server Enterprise Manager. Then call up the DTS Wizard and follow the steps to link to your source, then to your destination. In most cases, if you stick to standards in naming conventions and datatypes, you will find few if any problems. The wizard will create the tables and views that you select.
You may uncover issues with your data during the transformation, so you may have to repeat the process for some tables.
This tool is worth its weight, because you can go from one format to another. Learn it, love it, use it.

You could also use the SSMA for Oracle it is a migration tool that helps go from Oracle to SQL Server.
