Date/Time when email is deleted

Hello,
I am trying to find out if there is a way in Outlook 2003 with Exchange 2003, to find out the date that an email is moved from the INBOX to the Deleted Items folder. The email has not been hard deleted, just moved from INBOX to the DELETED ITEMS folder. And I have been tasked to find out when this was done.
