DDE :EQNEDT32.exe (Equation Editor)

Also tried
Updating the service Pack(1-2), and any Word Updates also, but to no avail.

UNext, unremove and re-install Office XP, run SP Pack + Words update
instead.Went to the main Office website, but find no relating resolving
issuesto
the DDE Server EQNEDT32.exe error.
Are there any applications or any settings, e.g OLE server or software which suspected , may have caused a conflict with the Word. any feasible solutions,
