Decent device to convert a smartphone in to a tablet?

I’m asking for a friend. I know a elderly person who loves his smartphone but sometimes the screen is just to small for him. He allready owns a tablet and a notebook and he hates both of them.

He hates them because the interfaces are different and he has to maintain logins on each device. https://showbox.tools/

I have found the pricy ASUS ZenScreen MB16AC (missing touch). Are there any cheaper options to just have a larger screen?

You may be able to either cast/mirror to a smart television wirelessly assuming there is a Wifi connection available. When I am watching videos on my smaller computer monitor I can send the image to my larger smart TV and control it from my computer. Hope that is helpful.

Did you need the Touch feature?

The MB16C didn’t look pricey to me but then I’m comparing it to a good display or tablet of that size!

The specs say it’s a monitor that’s connected via USB. Asus has drivers for Windows, Linux and MacOS. Doesn’t seem to me that it can be connected to a smartphone running Android or iOS.

For me, a smartphone and a tablet have very similar interface. Can you explain what your friend finds different?

They need to look at the other models too.
