deep freeze on windows xp problem

By gener1975 ·
Does anybody now if deep freeze standard edition has incompatibility with the installation of .net softwares like VB 2005?

I installed deep freeze standard edition on a windows xp system. At first it worked fine, but after installing the .net framework and VB 2005, deep freeze malfunctioned.

I suppose it was due to the VB2005 because it was the last software that was installed before deep freeze malfunctioned.

Does anybody have any idea about this? thanks.

If you are paying for support from Deep Freeze you would do better to contact them. Here is a link to some help files.

The other thing that you could do is remove Deep Freeze from the PC until you have updated everything and then reinstall it.
