Default account when sending email

I know you can change the default account to be used when sending email using Outlook.

What I would like to know is if there is anyway of setting a default account to use with a particular contact record so that e.g. dlist1 defaults to account1 and dlist2 defaults to account2.

Hmmm...better bet may be to create an additional profile for that outlook account...unless there's actually a way to do what you've asked.

What would probably be best would be to have a mailing list on your mail server instead of a distribution list in Outlook. That way it will always show the same from address...unless the issue is the outbound server. But, from the sound of it, you're looking to be one identity to one group, and another identity to another group.
