Default time for "all day" events

By rancherm ·
Hi,
My Palm 515 keeps waking me (even worse, my wife) each time an all date event has been stored. Most of these all day events are a product of my department's calendar and are imported via MS Outlook.
Is there a way to either force a "No Alam" specification on all days events or of setting the alarm to a more convenient time, let's say at noon?

Hi Ran,

The short answer is no. There doesn't seem to be a way to
automatically filter the events like that. So the only way to
change the alarm after an event is created is to manually select it
and change it.

You could ask whoever is responsible to create the events as "No
Time" with no alarm, or at least with an alarm time that is more
useful, such as 8 hours earlier so that it goes off the afternoon
before the event. Setting the event to "All Day" sets the time of
the event to the first appointment in your preferences, which of
course could vary from user to user.
