Delete old network connection in XP

by freddie.russell . Updated 23 years, 1 month ago

Hi recently I put a new network card in my Motherboard to setup home network. and I swap
my Nic card to another PCI slot to avoid IRQ sharing with the card. When I reboot, I found
out that my old network connection is gone. No matter, I just setup another one, but then XP
said I cannot use my old static IP address for the new one because there is an old connection that use the same ip address which is not physically present (of course the NIC

card has changed to another PCI slot and is still present) So, I chose another ip address.
Now, I want to know how can I easily delete those old network connection entries without dig
deep to the registry.
any ideas please.
