I have seen in my company a rise in users’ inability to open emails or access various folders in Outlook 2000. The fix, as has been pointed out in previous questions, has been to delete or rename outcmd.dat. From what we can tell, when outcmd.dat gets over 100 KB (which happens rather quickly), the file is corrupt. We seem to deleting this file more than once for users. Is there a way to limit the size of this file or some other work-around so it does not become corrupt?
