Deletion of specific local user profiles

I was wondering if anyone had a batch file or other software tool that would allow me to delete or exclude from deletion specific local user profile folders from within the Documents and Setttings folders on remote 2000 workstations? I know about the DELPROF program in the W2K resource kit but I need to be able to either exclude or specific which profiles to delete.
