Delivery Status Notification (Delay)

Hello,

I am currently having some problems locating how to resolve a issue when sending a email to *****@itv.com. One of the users receives the following message back:

Subject: Delivery Status Notification (Delay)

This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification.

THIS IS A WARNING MESSAGE ONLY.

YOU DO NOT NEED TO RESEND YOUR MESSAGE.

Delivery to the following recipients has been delayed.

******@itv.com

After reading some other posts I have checked to make sure out email/domain is not on the blacklist and also made sure that our dns has PTR records. I don't know what else might be causing the problem?

We are able to receive emails from this domain and it is also possible to send email to them from a hotmail account with no issues. This is also the only address this is happening with.

Any help would be great

If your using exchange server use the tracking system to track the email and see were it drops out, also check the account address has the x400 and x500 attached to it (The email account sending the email)
