Good Morning,
I am using Dell i3 inspiron 3521 model lapi. unfortunately i do not have original driver disks, the problem i am facing now is , when i play any DVD in my lapi, it works well but when i try to write any DVD, it copy upto 60 to 80% then immediately it shows “burning failed”. i have tried Nero, Power ISO, and Windows tool to burn DVDs. i tried different DVDs but all are failed. please suggest me what i have to do to rectify this problem.
