Hello, I have a Dell Inspiron N5050 Laptop and the highest screen resolution for the laptop screen is 1366 x 768. My question is, if I bought a Full HD 1080p external monitor and connected it to my laptop via hdmi cable, would my computer be able to produce 1080p HD quality on the external monitor or would I have to install some sort of drives, etc.? Thank you for any help/tips/suggestions, much appreciated.
