I replaced the system board on a Dell Latitude D620, owner came back after using the notebook for 2 days, now the notebook won’t start, it will turn the power light on for about 4 seconds and then it shuts off, not even a BIOS boot. I opened it again and noticed that I had neglected to connect the CMOS battery. I connected it, charged it overnight, but still won’t boot up.
