I bought Dell Latitude laptop a few months ago. It is having a trouble with the optional fingerprint reader, but after two or three tries, it works. After a few days, the issue spread to other devices as well. If you know of any simple fixes or strategies to this problem, please look into it.
Any advice would be really helpful.
