Hi,
I am using dell Inspiron 5537. After a few months, I started facing erratic behavior of touchpad and it’s very annoying as it slows down work. I contacted a company for IT support and they suggested to do following things:
1. Re-Install Touchpad Driver
2. Update BIOS
3. Clean Touchpad with a slightly wet cloth
4. Check for the earth around the touchpad due to a faulty charger
I did everything but the problem is still there. Kindly share a solution if anyone is facing the same issue.
