Deploy Email Signature across domain

I have an Active Directory environment with a mix of client OS (Windows 95,98,2000,XP).

I want to deploy and enforce a standard email signature. What is the best way to do this?

Is it through a client based script or is there an exchange feature that can be applied at the server level

One idea I had was having a user script that is applied through group policy but I am a novice at scripting so don’t know the syntax to copy the file to a specific location which is user specific.

What are your suggestions?
