Deploying a custom Outlook form as an .oft

By cbrewer ·
I've deployed a .oft file (custom Outlook 2003 mail form) to our LAN so others can access it via a hyperlink off of our intranet. It works great for me but anyone else who trys to open it, just gets a blank e-mail form. I've been told that this will not work, but other forms (created with Outlook 2000) exist that do work. Does anyone have any ideas?

PS: I have deployed the form into the Organizational Forms Library. But the problem remains unless the user launches the form from that Library.

I have some forms that are in a public folder and I have a form launcher that I got from slipstick.com and when my users click on the form it just opens up for them.
slipstick.com is a good source for anything related to outlook and exchange

Same problem here

We are experiencing the same problem here when some users access a custom Outlook form via a hyperlink. Did you ever find out what causes it or any fixes?

Thanks.
