Design help pls re:multiplying in Access

Can anyone give a lead on this. I have a cooking recipe database. I use ASP to retrieve them to a personal website I am creating. What I now want to do is to give my visitors the option of clicking on a given number of servings and they would get the amount of ingredients and cooking times updated to their choice( say 6, 8 10 servings). The standard recipes are for 4 servings.
My doubt: is this done through ASP scripting or do I have to design a new Database, and if this is so, I would really appreciate any help as how do I go about with the Database designing.
