Desktop Management. K-12

Hi, I work at a VERY large high school. I am the helpdesk, system admin, network admin, etc. I have my hands full! I have been using a very nice product called DeepFreeze. I swear by it! It will disable during the night and allow windows updates, anti-virus, etc. Well the school board issused a memo saying that we can no longer use DeepFreeze because it doesn't allow for up-to-minute updates of the EPO's. I am now searching for a product like DeepFreeze that alows updates to be done at a moment it is sent out. I have heard of a few but I would like to see what you all have to say. I would love to deploy and enforce a strict policy, however Teachers are not that Tech savy tend to chose very weak passwords, give out there passwords, and create chaos. It has been proven that DeepFreeze keeps me from reinstalling the OS every other week. So the only thing I really have to worry about is pulling Gum out of Floppy drives, taking pens out of power supplies etc. Well I would really like to hear what you all have to say, thx.
