Hello Everyone, I’ve been a member of TR for years. This is one of my vew posts, Im hoping someone could help me with this:
I just accepted a new position as a Regional IT Support and Services Manager, HD and desktop support. Does anyone have any ” list” or caluclators for costing, benchmarking and standard metrics documents that you use regularly? I’ve got some myself, but they aren’t “great”.
