In the network properties of the local NIC on Windows 2000 machines there has been appearing “Deterministic Network Enhancer”. During the course of troubleshooting NICs, I have unchecked the Deterministic Network Enhancer” and it has remedied the problem. Can anyone give me insight as to why and what the Deterministic Network Enhancer is supposed to do? Thanks All.
