DHCP and IP Addressing

Is there a way to have DHCP assign IP but only for valid MAC addresses? These addresses would be designated by the administrator to get an IP. If the MAC address is not part of the list then the PC would no get an IP.
Any thoughts or ideas are much appreciated!!
