There are about 700 computers at my company and the majority of them have dynamic IP’s. We lease the IP addresses for 7 days. Every monday, most PC’s get another IP leased to them, but about a dozen PC’s are “sluggish” obtaining another IP address. Most of the time we have to do a winipcfg and manually obtain another IP address. It’s sporatic, not always the same PC’s. Why does this happen? Is this a common problem with DHCP? Thank you!
