The problem our company is experiencing has to do with our salesman trying to download there email when on the road. They run Win98 on their laptops and dial into our RAS Server running WinNT 4.0. Various salesman get randomly disconnected from the network in the middle of downloading email. Our Department is perplexed. What is the problem?
