Dialup @ Bootup

I have a “new” actually a replacement W.98 machine on a small office network that when it boots, as the password screen appears the dialup networking connect to the internet screen also appears. We use the dial up to downloas email. The other machines on the net also use this same configuration and don’t have this problem. I have changed the dialup setting but to no avail. I think something is calling for the connection but can’t locate the program that’s calling. Can anyone help?
