I have an Excel workbook that I manage for my employer. I recently have gotten a root certificate to protect the VBA code in the form. This workbook calculates employee’s monthly pay, which can be quite complicated at times and which necessitated the form in the first place. In the process of using the form, the employee creates a new worksheet for each pay month.
The difficulty I’m having is that if the user saves the workbook after modifying it (adding sheets), the certificate gets removed, even though no code has been changed.
Is there a way to have modifications to the workbook, non code related, and still have the certificate intact?
