How do open the “Directory Service” mailbox under the private store container to view/delete items when it is not associated with a “recipient” to be able to give rights to the admin account? The mailbox size was growing steadily and we couldn’t figure out why until we stopped the size warnings. Once we did that it stopped growing, but we can’t get in to delete anything and it’s at 800MB!!! Help!
