I'm looking for a way to disable the Language Bar that starts coming up after IE7 is installed. I know you can manually turn it off but each user would need to do that. I'm looking for a way to turn it off network wide by Group Policy. I found somewhere that recommended I go to User Config/Admin Templates/Control Panel/Regional and Language Options and Enable "Restrict selection of Windows menus and dialogs language" and Restrict users to English. This didn't disable the Language Bar which is what I'm trying to do. Anyone have a way to do this?

I was thinking software restriction in GPO would work but the language bar is not run by an .exe it is actually a dll file and I tried restricting that but it did not work.
