Disappearing email in OWA

We have 2 out of 300 that when using OWA they read there e-mail click back on the inbox and the mail has disappeared. Using Exchange 2003, IE7 for browser for OWA accounts. Where does the e-mail go and how can they keep there e-mails?

Sounds like a filter setting have the users check their view and make sure they are not set to view messages not view unread messages.

Mails Disappearing in OWA

Check the view option is set as Messages.
if its unread message then it will not display any messages.
view option is top.near inbox icon.

We are using OWA with Exchange 2007 and experiancing simular problems with email disappearing after it has been recieved, where do you change the View setting?

E-mail is not only dissapearing in OWA but in other system other than the original system used. This is beacuse the original system has configured incoming mail to go to another folder other than the user's mailbox.

Solution: go back to the original system. Open Outlook, click on Tools/E-mail Account, then select the view or change existing e-mail option. Click next. Now change Deliver new e-mail to Mailbox - User Exchange name. Click Finish.
