Hi,

The client needs to change settings in Outlook
Tools|Options|Mail Format|
there are two options for signature:

1. Signature for New messages.
2. Signature for replies and forwards.

Most likely the client does not have the Replies and forwards set for the signature.
So in the email that they are replying to they will be most likely addingthe signature and then they get the error <Signature not set>.

Therefore you will need to set the "Signature for replies and forwards" to the the users created signature.

This should fix the problem.

Regards,
Gareth
