Hi people hopefully some others out there can benefit from this aswell just wondering as a web developer what can be the best route to take in terms of a new young developer, just love to get a general discussion going on past experiences and just hear what has worked for you and what may not have worked for you, best routes to take etc.

I personally had a little background and ambitions. So I found startups and work for free. That gave me the necessary experience and expertise.

I also read many books and watched tutorials on YouTube + practice day and night.
