Disk Imaging……..Any suggestions???

I am trying to create an image of a hard drive on CD so that we may use it on new PC’s that we recieve here at our bank. Is there any programs that you recommend that we can use to make an image, that doesn’t require the exact same size of drive regardless of the size of the image.

Any other suggestions of how I can accomplish this imaging task.
