Diskeeper 9

A co-worker got Diskeeper Pro 9 for his server. We installed it, tested it, and set the Set/Forget It portion. After a day we went to access the program but it keeps giving the error “Diskeep failed to connect to the service.” Can not access the icon on DESKTOP or via the Computer Management. Gives that error and closes the MMC. Right clicking the icon and slecting “stop services” or even “delay” never helped. Restarting the service did not help. Stopping it not helped. Same error. Uninstalled and reinstalled it. Same thing. We have no access to the program.
Anyone have any ideas?
