disorder of my standard-internet explore

pls help reconfigure my standard internet-explorer 5.5-display plus the task-bar which is hidden below and can only be seen by sliding with mouse.
i need permanent view of all:
at the moment i can see:
left side:favorite-list
top: back.forward-button-startadress etc
favorites, add and organizing-button.
i need more menues plus the adress-window. i think this would be below or above?
