Hi, I am running NT 4.0 Wkstn, and upon bootup and while i attempt to open display properties through control panel or on the desktop, i receive the error “An error occurred while windows was working with the control panel file c:\winnt\system32\desk.cpl.”
I have tried reloading SP6 several times, as well as IE5 and virus scan etc. this does not come up in VGA mode, and i have no idea what’s causing it. PLEASE HELP!!
