Dissesembling an HP Pavilion dv9700

Hi, my HP laptop has been overheating lately and i am sure its because of the dust inside. I uncrewed all the screws from the back but i don't know how to reach the heat sink and the fans.

In order to get to the fans, you need to take the laptop all the way apart. And there is the risk that you may brick it in the process.

Try sticking a Cool Pad under it

And see if that makes any difference. I always sell Cool Pads like the one shown here with new NB's to prevent them sucking in Dust and other Crud and causing them to overheat. I have never had a single Warranty Claim with one since I started doing this.
