Distribution Lists – Outlook 2000

I’m using Exchange Server 5.5 and Outlook 2000 for the clients. While I have no difficulty controlling the delivery restrictions for distribution lists in the GAL, I have been unable to find an option to control the delivery for lists developed in either the personal address book or contacts in Outlook. I don’t want recipients to be able to “reply to all” on messages sent from these lists created in Outlook. Has anybody figured out a way to do this?
