Distribution Lists - Outlook 2000

By Jackie Merkel ·
I'm using Exchange Server 5.5 and Outlook 2000 for the clients. While I have no difficulty controlling the delivery restrictions for distribution lists in the GAL, I have been unable to find an option to control the delivery for lists developed in either the personal address book or contacts in Outlook. I don't want recipients to be able to "reply to all" on messages sent from these lists created in Outlook. Has anybody figured out a way to do this?

Distribution Lists - Outlook 2000

If you put the distribution list in the Bcc (Blind Copy) box instead of the To or Cc box the recipients will be able to press the "reply to all", but only the sender will receive the message.

To get to the Bcc box, click on the To button and then click on the Bcc box on the bottom left of the dialog box. It will then appear on you email.
