Distro Groups in Exchange 2k3…

can i block the outside world from sending emails to my internal distro groups?
i’ve been gettings spam and spoof viruses sent to sales-inside@domain.com and everyone@domain.com
and its getting on my last nerve!

any help would be greatly appriciated!
