Im jerald working as a Presale executive in STPL India. Our company is in a urge to develop a DMS package for SMUs (Small Medium Units). But we are under a dilemma of whether we can train a company to follow the inbuilt data directory structure or better we will leave it flexible to their environment and customizable. If customizable, we have to see for many features which will ensure their security in terms of accessibility, Hierarchy, Data upload features etc. So your kind views can help us in better development of the Product. Give us some features used in or any problems faced by the existing DMs which we have faced. And in case of Future enhancements, what technolgoy can it be built on…..
