Do not have permissions to open any objects in Access

For some reason I do not have permissions to open any objects in Access after my PC was reformated and a new Ghost image was installed.

It will not let me change any thing or open anything unlike before. It seems like all my security access has been eliminated.

I un-installed Office 2003 and did a re-install and I still can’t get in and make in additions or change sto DB.

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
