Does Access 2000 support TAPI?

I need to find out if Access 2000 supports TAPI; specifically, if it comes with Access 2000 of if it requires a third party application. Has anybody had experience with this issue before? Let me know as I have a deal with a phone system using this particular setup. Thanks all.
