I am in the final stages of deciding on a replacement phone system that should have been replaced last year! I narrowed it down to Shoretel and NEC SV8300. We currently have 300 stations for sales, customer service and administration. I need call center reporting software and a recording system (we are also replacing old Oaysis recording system). Does anyone currently use the Shoretel with Contact Center or the NEC SV8300 with UCB desktop. Any opinions from someone currently using these systems would be greatly appreciated. thank you!
